M16 A1 Assault Rifle: Non Firing Resin Model: Detailed to look like a used original Vietnam War era to present day weapon. The Resin looks like gunmetal with the Bluing worn off. It is a full size version weighing about half of the original. Some Trivia for you: The handgrip of the Actual M16 rifle was made by Mattel. When the gun was first introduced in Vietnam, soldiers noticed the toy company's logo embossed on the handgrip and complained. Later shipments arrived without the imprint, but the grips were still manufactured by Mattel. It is ideal for parades, theatrical, movie props or use in reenactments. Overall Length: 38.5"
